Stabilizers

Tube Technologies’ stabilizers are manufactured with 4142 heat-treated tool joints. We also apply hard facing to all of the wear surfaces on the stabilizer.

Welded stabilizers constructed where each rib is individually hand welded onto the stabilizer to ensure maximum strength and efficiency.

Tube Technologies stabilizers are manufactured from a thick-walled alloy steel pipe. We can create any thread and accommodate any size OD.

Stabilizers are manufactured from premium chrome moly alloy steel, heat-treated using procedures that obtain maximum hardness, strength and impact value properties. Threads are machined in strict accordance with API Spec. Hard banding of stabilizer employ’s “pressed in” Tungsten Carbide alloy buttons or carboloy anti-wear materials. All stabilizers should be ultrasonic tested.
