Reamers are a rotary cutting tool that is either cylindrical or conical in shape and is used to enlarge and provide accurate finishing to the drilled holes. We provide a variety of reamers.

This economically priced reamer is recommended for moderate drilling conditions. The bell shape helps compact the material away from the reamer and stabilizes the bore. It is designed with aggressive cutting carbide teeth on the leading edge and ample tungsten carbide chips imbedded in the fluting bars for increased wear life.

The elongated Taper Winged design provides excellent mixing action. Water ports between each carbide tooth ensure mixing even in tight clay formations. The 3 wing design allows you the ability to back ream in more extreme hard compacted conditions. The reamer stays on grade and aggressively cuts all but the toughest formations.

Heavy Duty Stacked Plate Reamer
Heavy duty stacked reamer is our most durable reamer, able to withstand the toughest drilling conditions from heavy cobbles to sedimentary rock formations. The stacked plates are welded directly t the tool stem which provides superior strength and prevents stem separation. Each carbide tooth is set at an aggressive angle of attack and has a water port nearby. To ensure longer life we fortify the abrasion points with wear-resistant tungsten carbide.

Built on the same body platform as our Universal Flute Reamer but with larger shark teeth for more bite in harder ground conditions. Using the same teeth as our Famous Heavy-duty stacked plate reamer. The body platform has a heavy-duty 5/8 inch thick plate shell with a 1 ½ inch thick rear base plate, for positive swivel attachments. It also features a recessed watertight cavity and comes complete with an internal flange type swivel. The internal swivel allows for extremely close connections for the Product being pulled.
