Seven markets. One commitment.

Every product we make lives or dies in the dirt. We engineer for the formation, the rig and the operator — never for the catalog.

Civil Construction drilling application — Tube Technologies tooling in service

Civil Construction

01 — Market

Civil Construction

Foundation, micropile and rota-sonic tooling engineered for urban infrastructure, bridges, retaining systems and deep-foundation work.

Construction drilling puts tooling under load in every direction at once — torque, tension, bending and shock — often inside cased holes with zero tolerance for movement above ground. Every string we build for this market is made from high-strength alloy and thread-inspected before it leaves the floor.

01.1

Micropiles

Threaded micropile casing manufactured for load-bearing foundation and underpinning applications.

  • 5" through 12" outside diameters
  • Right-hand and left-hand threaded connections
  • Single, double and triple lead thread forms
  • Minimum 80 KSI yield material
  • Inertia-welded assemblies up to 7 5/8"
01.2

Reusable Casings

Recoverable casing built to be pulled, inspected and run again.

  • 6" diameter reusable casing
  • API Regular threaded connections
  • Heat-treated joints for repeat make-and-break cycles
01.3

Helical Anchors & Tiebacks

Inertia-welded round shaft and round-corner square shaft anchors for tieback, underpinning and new-construction foundations.

  • Round shaft: 2 3/8" through 7 5/8"
  • Round-corner square shaft: 1.5", 1.75", 2.0"
  • Manufactured in partnership with Helical Anchor Inc.

Mining drilling application — Tube Technologies tooling in service
Vertical 02
Mining

02 — Market

Mining

Blast hole, rotary and in-the-hole tooling that holds up to the most abrasive ore bodies on the continent.

Mining production drilling is a volume game — the tooling that wins is the tooling that stays in the hole. We manufacture drill pipe, collars, stabilizers and subs for the three dominant production methods used across surface and underground operations.

02.1

DTH / Blast Hole Drilling

A down-the-hole hammer sits directly behind the bit, delivering percussive energy at the rock face for fast, straight production holes in hard formations.

  • Blast hole drill pipe
  • Stabilizers and reamers
  • Subs, adaptors and bushings
02.2

Rotary Drilling

High weight-on-bit and rotation drive tricone or rotary bits through soft to medium formations at high penetration rates.

  • Rotary drill pipe with heavy-wall upsets
  • Drill collars for weight-on-bit
  • Integral-blade stabilizers
02.3

ITH (In-The-Hole) Tooling

Purpose-built ITH strings for underground production and long-hole drilling, welded and threaded to OEM interchange.

  • ITH drill pipe, 1.75" to 7.625" OD
  • Drill collars and stabilizers
  • Subs, adaptors and bushings

Geo Environmental drilling application — Tube Technologies tooling in service
Vertical 03
Geo Environmental

03 — Market

Geo Environmental

Monitoring well, soil sampling and environmental remediation tooling for geotechnical drillers and consulting firms.

Environmental and geotechnical work demands small-diameter tooling with perfect thread integrity — cross-contamination and stuck strings are not acceptable outcomes on a monitoring program.

03.1

J Rods

Cold-drawn high carbon steel rods for soil sampling and monitoring well installation, with 100% thread inspection.

  • Lengths: 1 ft, 2 ft, 5 ft and 10 ft
  • AWJ, BWJ and NWJ thread connections
  • Compatible with Geoprobe, Mobile Drill, Acker and Multi Power
  • Cold-drawn high carbon steel
  • 100% thread inspection on every joint

Oil and Gas

04 — Market

Oil and Gas

Precision components for upstream operations — from shallow workover strings to deep production programs.

We machine and weld to API thread forms and supply the connection hardware that keeps mixed-vintage strings compatible on location.

04.1

Drill Collars & Stabilizers

Drill collars provide the weight on bit and stiffness that keeps a hole straight; stabilizers centralize the string and control deviation.

  • Drill collars machined from alloy bar stock
  • Integral straight-rib stabilizers up to 7 5/8"
  • API IF, Regular, FH, FEDP and AOH connections
  • Wrench flats machined to rig requirement
  • Hard facing applied to rib surfaces
04.2

Subs & Adaptors

  • Crossover subs, 4140 / 4137 alloy
  • Lift subs, bit subs and saver subs
  • Custom thread combinations on request

Trenchless Utility

05 — Market

Trenchless Utility

Horizontal directional drilling tooling for fiber, gas, water and electrical utility installation under roads, rivers and rail.

HDD rods live in tension and torsion at the same time, bent around a radius, for thousands of cycles. We build them from grades selected for the pull and the bend — not just the diameter.

05.1

HDD Drill Rods

Manufactured 2 3/8" through 6 5/8" for maxi, midi and mini rigs.

  • Sizes: 2 3/8", 2 7/8", 3 1/2", 4", 5", 5 1/2", 6 5/8"
  • NC or DS connections
  • E, X, G and S material grades
  • Standard and non-standard wall thickness
  • Compatible with Vermeer, Ditch Witch and American Augers
05.2

Sonic Drilling & Tooling drilling application — Tube Technologies tooling in service

Sonic Drilling & Tooling

07 — Market

Sonic Drilling & Tooling

High-frequency resonant drilling tooling — casings, subs and adaptors built to DCDMA standards for sonic rigs.

Sonic drilling uses high-frequency resonant energy generated in the drill head and transmitted down the string to the bit face. The vibration fluidizes the soil immediately around the tooling, letting the string advance with far less force and far less disturbance than conventional rotary methods.

07.1

Why Sonic

  • Continuous, undisturbed core samplesNear-100% sample recovery in unconsolidated ground.
  • Dramatically less wasteLittle to no drilling fluid means minimal cuttings to contain and dispose of.
  • Faster penetrationAdvance rates of several times conventional rotary in overburden.
  • Cleaner, straighter holesCased advance limits cross-contamination between aquifers.
